Auburn Community Federal Credit Union was established on January 27, 1936. Throughout the decades, our level of service has grown but our commitment to our community and our customers has remained the same.
Serving You, Not Shareholders
Auburn Community Federal Credit Union is owned by its members. Each member has equal standing in Auburn Community Federal Credit Union. This means that our credit union operates for and by our members. This eliminates the conflict of interest that’s present at big banks. Banks are owned by shareholders. These shareholders goals are to maximize profits. At Auburn Community Federal Credit Union, we do things differently. Our members are our shareholders, so when the credit union does well, our members do well.
Whether you have $5 in a savings account or a $25,000 loan with Auburn Community Federal Credit Union, you’re treated the same with the same amount of dedicated, friendly service. Our credit union is local which means our decisions are local and always in the best interest of our members and the community.
